• All scrunchies are handmade with care. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
• During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend slightly.
• For bulk orders, please email us.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (if available)
• Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

• We currently ship within Canada.
• All orders include tracking information.

International Shipping (If applicable)

• We can ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-21 business days.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

Order Changes & Address Errors

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
• If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee changes after this time.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our scrunchies, we do not accept returns.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right!
